In addition to being a shop owner & artist, Shanna G also used to be an Art History Professor. Though her time in academia has ended, Shanna merges her past profession with tattooing by presenting at conventions, public events, and podcasts/youtube. Her presentations focus on the history of tattoos from ancient, medieval and modern cultures, showing that tattooing has been intertwined with humanity's artistic practices from the beginning.
